375cc saline under the muscle and mother of 2

Week 4 post op. Still feel some tightness and I'm not able to have my complete strength back yet but I'm back to normal activities and have my energy back. Nipple Sensation is starting to return on one side and the other is just very sensitively painful. Still numb on my right on my bottom of the breast. Overall I'm feeling great though.

Took my bandages off day after surgery which was a relief of the pressure. I'm able to wear my bra I was fitted for or walk freely without them. Dr said everything looked great And checked my incisions and that they would replace the tape next appt. I was given the okay to shower but to watch for the ln incisions and to pat them dry, I had a hard time trying to wash my hair so I needed some help doing it in the sink. Day after surgery I felt a little worse since the pain was coming in & the nerve blockers I was given after surgery was fading. I felt more stretching of the skin and soreness. Day 3 was the same. Had the same feel of soreness and my skin being stretched. I've been applying coco butter to keep it hydrated. I'll be able to start massaging next week when I have my next appt.
