Easy Breezy Wonderful Experience

I had a breast augmentation and a periareolar mastopexy on my left breast. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end thanks to the meticulous care Dr. Nichter took in preparing me for surgery. He was extremely thorough in explaining the best practices pre/post op, how to ensure that I get the best possible outcome, describing what my surgery experience would be like, and answering all my questions in detail. I felt very comfortable knowing that I was in the care of a highly experienced and knowledgeable surgeon. I'm so very happy with Dr. Nichter and his lovely and helpful staff at The Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nichter!

It has been over 3 months now since my breast augmentation with Dr. Nichter. My recovery has been easy and fast thanks to the detailed instructions and care I received from Dr. Nichter and his staff. I felt so great that I even went to a company holiday party 3 days post-op and danced all night.

My stitches were self-dissolving, so Dr. Nichter only had to cut the small ends off (no pain at all!). I wore surgical tape around my left nipple (because of the periareolar mastopexy) for a few weeks while everything healed. The nipple looked smaller and looked slightly "swollen", but after a few weeks it went back to its usual size. Again, I felt no pain in my nipple or breasts during recovery. I only felt soreness, which quickly lessened then went away after about two weeks post-op. I wore a sports bra for about 6 weeks for support. My breasts did lose some feeling around the bottom of the breasts (a bit more loss of feeling on the left breast that had the additional procedure). I noticed throughout the past 3 months that I felt very itchy around my breasts and nipples and would occasionally get what Dr. Nichter calls "zingers". Dr. Nichter informed me that this is the feeling of the nerve endings growing back. I've now recovered almost all sensation in both breasts.

Now, ~3 months later, my breasts have both "fluffed and dropped" into a natural shape and position. They feel very soft to the touch (I got the 'Ideal Implants'). I'm currently using Biocorneum that I purchased in the BioSpa to lighten the scars.

Overall I am extremely happy with my experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Nichter to my friends and family!
