I’m almost at 1 month post up. Still super happy and healing is going really well. The bruises are almost gone. Dr Nykiel has been super supportive all the way. I’m very blessed to have met him. The whole team is very sweet and helpful.

So far so good, hips on point booty on point. Super happy with the results so far. Dr Nykiel and his team are amazing, he saved my body that my previous surgon [RS bleep] up. It’s a miracle. I can’t thank him enough...

So far so good, the swelling way less than my first surgery. Love my shake, hopefully the fat in my hips survives. I have no leaking left and the wounds are healing nicely. Over all I’m very pleased.

Hey girl I’ve been following your journey from Dr Hazani to here. I have my surgery booked with Dr Nykiel for mid February but have had second thoughts everyday. I feel like he wasn’t super personable at my consult and I feel like not of his reviews on this app are fake. Also I feel his patients don’t look much different after he works on them. All of these things have made me unsure on if I should go to him. So I found Dr Hazani and his reviews are real + his before and afters look good for the most part + he actually seemed to care about me as a person on my virtual consultation. I was thinking of canceling with Nykiel and going to Hazani instead until I found your reviews. Idk what to do now :(((
Dr Hazani and Dr Nykiel is like night and day. I can tell you that my results with Hazani was awful. He pumped me full with liquid that disappeared after 3 months and I was left with nothing. The lipo and shaping was horrible. I went back to complain and he was super rude and told me that if someone else could do it better I should go there. I was crying every day. Dr Nykiel will listen to what you want. I told him to be super aggressive with lipo and he was. He will give you what you ask for. He is very honest and will not blow smoke up your ass like Hazani did with me. Dr Nykiel is amazing, the whole staff is beyond great. I had a amazing experience, i also know that I have his support if something would go wrong or I’m not happy. That means the world to me.
Also know that if you want a huge butt California is not the place to go. Big butts are not made here,l, best bet would be Miami. Also if you are on the smaller side, you’ll not get a big bum. It’s just not possible.
Can you keep me updated on how you like your results from Nykiel as time goes by? Everyone stops after the first few days which sucks because your body changes the first year :(
Absolutely! I’m planning on getting sculptra injections as well with him in 3 months, because of my hip dips that are a real pain. It’s hard to get rid of.
I also have really bad hip dips.... was Nykiel not able to fill yours in completely? He told me at my consult that he would do his best to fill in mine but that they might still be visible. And the point of me wanting a BBL is to get rid of them. Ughhhh
So hip dips are hard, many surgeons told me that. It’s because they contain nothing but skin bone and fascia. So the blood supply to the fat there is restricted. Mine are only bad on one side. But they are wayyyyy better than before. But to get rid of them completely is get implants or injections. Since I don’t want implants right now, injections are the way to go.
Are the injections long lasting? One of the surgeons I consulted with also told me about injections. Hmm.... Depending on how much implants are compared to a BBL maybe those would be a better route for me since I already have a booty and small waist I just want my hip dips filled. Dang I’m so torn.
The injections last 2-5 years. You need a lot of them tho and they are super expensive. I wouldn’t use them for a bbl but I’ll just use them to correct small stuff. Implants combined with a bbl is what you usually see on IG, all the big butts. Or illegal shots that you don’t want :( because that [RS bleep] kan kill you.
I think you look great. He smoothed our you I even lipo and filled in your hip dips. You still don’t or won’t ever have a big booty but the shape is great and will look very natural and nice in a bikini. Praying no more fat loss for you and you can keep what is there. Looks good!!

I’m super happy, because what really bothered me was the lipo and bad shaping of my body, now it’s banging and definitely gonna rock this in a bikini. He kinda saved my self esteem and he made me look forward to the summer. I’m so grateful. And yes, I’ll probably won’t ever have a big booty if I don’t go down the implant route. Which idk if I want to :)
