It's only been 2 weeks since my surgery, but I LOVE the shape of my nose. And, I can breathe!!!! Unfortunately, I have a post-op infection. Maybe because of my cats....not sure. (Infections are very rare from what I've researched).
My next appointment is in a few days.
I spoke with at least 5 surgeons before choosing Dr Sajjadian based on his triple board certification. He certainly wasn't the cheapest choice or the closest to where I live, but his education & work speaks for itself.

FYI-everyone has different amounts of swelling. My surgery was around 6 hours for my VERY broken, mess of a nose. My eyes swelled closed & still I still have bruises.

Overdue update...not great

Well...it’s been a journey. About 2 months post-op, I noticed that my tip began to droop back down. It kept going and as the selling subsided, there was a bump on the side of my bridge. Dr Sajjadian agreed to do a revision and we discussed using rib or ear cartilage graft for support to prevent the droop from happening again.

I woke up from revision surgery to discover that he had in fact NOT done a graft as he believed it wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately it most definitely was needed. Within months my nose began to go downward and came to a point on one side. It’s been 4 years and I’m still very sad about my nose.
