I had a shower this morning and really looked at the results. I'm really happy with everything so far.
I am 38 years old and all my life I was small...
I am 38 years old and all my life I was small framed. I am 5'3" tall and used to weigh 115lbs. I then got pregnant 4 years ago with identical twins! The pregnancy was not easy and I had many complications, however at 36 weeks I gave birth via c-section to healthy but very small girls! I on the otherhand went from petite 115lbs to almost 190lbs!!! I was able to loose all the weight by the second year which was great except I was left with a giant stretched out stomach and very saggy breasts. My breasts were probably only about a c cup but they just drooped, so it was very uncomfortable and really no bra fit...I could really only wear sports bras. That's when I really started looking into surgery. 4 years after my girls were born I found an excellent surgeon and just had a mini tt & breast reduction/lift. I am 1 day post op and actually feel really good! I am taking 1 percoset every 4 hrs to stay ahead of pain for now but it's better than I was expecting! The worst thing really was just trying to get the first pee out. No one has talked about that so I thought I would mention. The doctor wants you to pee within the first 6 hrs and I was getting close to that with nothing! I had a nurse come to my home at 6pm the night of surgery and she said if I haven't gone by 9pm I have to go to emergency to have catheter put in. Fortunately about 20 minutes after she left, I went! I had to pour a cup of warm water over my bits but it really worked like a charm! After that everything started getting easier. I could even get myself out of bed to pee during the night & didn't have to wake up my husband! The nurse came this morning to change my dressings and she said it looks great! Very little swelling right now. Both the nurse & Dr did let me know that my breasts might look a little boxy for the first little while but as swelling goes down & given some time they will look normal & natural.
Overall it has been 1 day and I am already so happy with everything. If anyone is on the fence about the procedure I would say as long as you have found a good doctor and you are in good health, do it. What it does for your own self esteem is amazing! I did this to feel comfortable in my own body again and it's already working!! Blessings to all!

Dr. Andrade is very skilled and really makes you feel at ease. He really cares about his patients and their outcome and that shows through. He even called me himself the night of my surgery to make sure I was doing OK. His staff is excellent and friendly and his office is beautiful and state of the art. Every thing is thought out for the patient and Dr. Andrade provides everything required for the procedure, I.e. Surgical bra, compression garments. Nothing has been missed! I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any procedure.
