I had really nice full breast prior to kids. I was about a 32 D/DD. After pregnancy and breast feeding I was left with a deflated 32 c or 32 D but I wouldnt have volume in the D cup. My skin would just fill it up. I had to wear supportive bras to get any lift at all. I could never really wear a push up bras because my loose skin would spill out so I wore structured bras and sports bras.
I decided to go ahead with the procedure after my consult with Dr. Andrade.I found it difficlut to choose the implant size because I wasn't trying to be much larger. I wanted to look like I did before kids....a nice full D cup. After 3 visits trying on implants, I decided on 310/330 Natrelle moderate profile. (one breast is slightly larger than the other). I took into consideration that the size will be smaller once placed under the muscle.
Surgery went well....and recovery has been slow and steady. I was on pain meds for about 3-4 days. After that I went with tylenol and advil. Now at 4 weeks I am feeling pretty good. I have a slight open incision that I keep a band aid and polysproin on. The swelling seems to have gone down and I no longer have pain. Sleeping is still awkward but I think as the weekd go on i will feel more comfortable on my side. I am happy with the size I choose at this point!
