Hi everyone!
Ive been a little hesitant to post pictures of myself on here but a lot of you women helped me in my decision regarding size and Ive gotten some wish pics! Also not many women have gotten implants on the smaller end, so hopefully i can help some of you out :)

When i was 11 years old, my breasts were already a ~32 C. Over the past 9 years I've gained and lost weight a few times which my skin did not adapt to well. I have never had nice boobs though, even when i was in elementary school, i remember being very self conscious of my not so perky breasts.
My largest size was 36G when i was 170 pounds (18 yrs old), and i am currently a 32DD/34D depending on the bra.

In the pictures, you can see that i have the highest grade ptosis .. at 20 years old -_-
When i lean forward they turn into these hideous sacks of skin. My breasts literally fall off my chest, its awful. I have such little fat/breast tissue on my chest that you can see all my chest bones. I can't wait to wear strapless clothes without feeling like a man because of the top half of my chest, and the bottom half of a woman 4 times my age!!!

Im posting a lot of pictures so you can truly see what I'm dealing with! Pretty embarrassing but hey, i don't think the women that will be reading this are here to ridicule :)

Hi Hun!!! Im excited about your upcoming surgery. I always had really saggy breasts too.....I lost and gained weight over the years...and even when I was a teenager, they were saggy. Im 43 now,,,and I JUST got my breasts done 4 months ago. I feel so confident now. Im happy that you are getting your breasts done while you are young. So you don't have to have any more years of insecurity about your boobs. You will be so happy you did this for yourself!!!!! Do not be embarrassed about your before pictures...RealSelf is about us supporting each other,,,and helping each other through this journey. Nobody is here to judge you....only to help support you. And in return,,,,by sharing your journey,,,you are helping someone else!! This is a great site. Its helped me a lot!!! Keep us posted!!!! So exciting!! :)

Hi :) Thank you so much for your kind words, I definitely am excited to live through my 20's being confident and not confined and embarrassed about my boobs!
I hope your revision surgery for your left breast goes smoothly, honestly i didn't even realize you had any problems, they look amazing!! I will be following your posts, and I'm excited to post after surgery on Tuesday :)

Hi! I'm so glad you posted. Your breasts look a lot like mine. I'm about a DD, but because I have such saggy breasts and poor breast tissue I wear a DDD to hide the saggy shape. I'm 26 and I've never had perky breasts. I started looking into lifts and augmentations at 19 years old. I'm finally having my surgery next week! I'm going with an anchor lift with a small implant behind the muscle to create a nice shape. I'm so nervous, but I'm excited for the end results.

Pain

Hi ladies! :)

So today was the big day! When i woke up i started crying happy tears after seeing how high my boobs were. My whole experience was amazing, Rose and Penny were a huge part in that. They were so kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
All the happiness aside, I was in so much pain.. It felt like i was hit by a truck and reversed back into 5 times! Ive never experienced pain like this, but the pain meds definitely help. They didn't help right away, and it didn't take away the pain completely, but its bearable now! And to think i didn't want to be taking pain meds (lol)
I tried walking but that lasted a full 5 seconds because my tummy started feeling off and i was light headed, so back to bed for me!
I don't know how some women take pictures of their bare breasts after the first day ! I can barely lift up the gauze to look at the colour of my nipples without being in pain!! So ill take a picture probably tomorrow or the next day!

Hi, Hun!! Congrats on making it to the other side!!! Im so glad you had an amazing experience. I don't think anybody really knows what this kind of pain feels like, unless they go through it. Its only bad for a few days. The pain meds help. And to think we ASKED for the surgery!! LOL! Its 110% totally worth it!!! Totally. Ya know what? My doctor, and his assistants told me this; Leave your breasts alone. Women who take pictures of themselves right after surgery, are only risking their results.....and causing more unnecessary pain to themselves just to get photos. My husband took photos of me at first. Only when I was in the doctors office. Im with you,,,,I couldnt lift up my arms. I couldnt even open a bottle of water. LOL. Take your time with taking pictures,,,we can wait. Unless you have someone take photos for you. Don't hurt yourself.....you know what I mean. Take it easy. This will be one of the best things you have done for yourself. Its changed my life. Seriously. It just does something to the self-esteem. Anyways,,,,,congrats again. Get lots of rest. Happy Healing!!!!! Oh,,,and keep us posted on how you are doing. :)

1 day post

1 Day after surgery!

Its been more than 24 hours since my surgery and I feel pretty good! I slept really well through the night, I set an alarm for 4am to take pain meds then fell asleep right away and slept until 7 for my antibiotics. I felt a little tight when i'd wake up and my throat hurt a little but it went away really quickly.
I normally have discharge on my right nipple only when my breast is squeezed and during the surgery i guess there was a lot of it so the doctor wanted to make sure i didn't get any infections and prescribed antibiotics.
The bra was putting a lot of pressure on my incisions under my breast, and the nurse that called me in the morning told me i could unhook it for 10 minutes so i did. It felt so good to have the pressure go away (and i got to see my breasts for the first time!!) My boobs are pointing away from each other and are pretty high but I know they'll look really different in the next few weeks!! Im so happy with how they look now though, they have never ever been this high before. Im also so happy that I have my family to help me. My mom and dad have been literally doing everything for me, moving my pillows, constantly lifting me up and repositioning me on the bed, bringing me food/water, giving me back massages (OMG i have so many knots in my back), keeping me company ... i could go on and on. My sister also has helped a ton, she's fixed my hair a few times, she's given me massages and did her homework beside me so i had some company :') Im just so happy !
*Also, thank you for all your kind words, i really look forward to hearing from you lovely ladies*
