With my wedding day approaching I contemplated the possibility of improving myself with the help of a plastic surgeon. After much research, I chose Dr. William Andrade at the York Plastic Surgery Clinic inNewmarket ON. From the first moment I interacted with the office I was very pleased. The reception staff was very accomodating in organizing an appointment time that fit my schedule.
The initial interview was refreshing in that I never felt rushed. The nursing staff was amazing - so informative and helpful. They explained the procedure in great detail as they worked through the process. They were very kind and realizing my fears, offered assurances and full explanations.

Dr. Andrade is the epitome of professionalism. He is kind, listens well and is easy to talk to. He took as much time as I needed in answering all my questions and giving full explanations of the procedure. He appreciated my concerns and by the end of the interview, I felt he had a good understanding of my wishes and that he would proceed in a fashion to achieve the outcome I desired. He is truly talented in his professional role. He has incorporated empathy, knowledge base, excellent communication skills and the highest standards to create this professional practice.
