Im 37 yrs old and felt my skin looked tired, l had large pores and pigmentation! I was looking for a fresher look, I have tried Botox once before and didn't like the way it changed my face! I went into the clinic asking for a chemical peel and got persuaded to try DERMA PEN. I have had 3 sessions a min of 4mths apart, what a load of rubbish!!!! Waste of money! The only time my skin felt plumper was immediately after treatment! My pigmentation got worse instead of better, and I have now had to have laser on the brown patches! The Dermapen I had went as deep as 3mm and I had a N point (bleeding) straight away! It does not hurt at all with the numbing cream on! The laser however felt like hot fat from pan hitting my face but i have a high pain threshold so could tolerate it! After laser it is very sore! Pigments have now fell off and I'm almost healed! Took abt 10 days though x

Thankyou
Thanks for sharing! You look younger than 37! What type of laser did they perform on you?
Fraxel laser I think, the laser that takes off tattoos
How much did the fraxel cost and how many treatments please? Do you have a picture to show what it was like before the laser?
Hi I had one session of fraxel laser and they did it free because of the pigmentation the derma pen had fetched out. I would not have the laser again even if it was free, it killed and under my eyes have got bags of fluid! These have only come since the laser! X
I think the needling helped you more than the laser
I want to tell you something I am 49 years old, and I will try and send you a picture of myself I have done the micro needling you do not need to do that there is a roller immigration thing that you can buy that my friend is an aesthetician and send it to me you just need to do that and use the proper skincare products and I have a great skin care product cost me $15 a month it has changed my skin it's not worth it you shouldn't Have that kind of damage your skin
Hi can you send me info on this too please
