Good evening ladies! I've been stalking this site long enough. One of the ladies on here actually gave me the courage to post! I'm a few weeks away from finally get the mommy makeover I've wanted for years! I recently lost forty pounds (again), and it's time to maintain my weight and actually like what I see in the mirror. I still can't believe I'm doing this. I'm not sure if I'm going with saline or silicone implants. I also am not sure on the size. Any recommendations are welcome! Pre-Op is next Wednesday!

Sorry I haven't updated you all. I had my Pre-op on December 14th and finally decided on silicone 400cc, gel high profile. I had both my tummy tuck and breast augmentation yesterday. Everything went well but I have not seen myself yet. I decided to lag in my bed with tons of pillows. I'm uncomfortable and sore, but not pain.
I am attaching a before pic of my abdomen and breast. Will share updated pictures on for I am able to see myself.

YAY! Happy healing! It really does get better each day, even though in the first few days it doesn't seem like it. Each day gets a little better! :-) I won't see my incisions or anything until Wednesday, but so far I'm happy with what I see@

Shower is bitter sweet, feels awesome but is soon exhausting! I've taken two showers, my surgeon uses a special taping method on the scars for the first two weeks, so even though they said it was fine for water to run over the front of me I was really freaked out of getting anything wet lol, but last nights shower was better and a bit more relaxing. I'm feeling good actually. I went all night without a painkiller, but was super sore this morning, so I ended up taking one just to get me going, I'm still sleeping in the recliner, tried sleeping in bed last night, but I was just not comfortable at all. Walking gets easier each day and I get more and more upright, but I still feel like I'm stretching my insides lol. I think I mainly don't move all that well b/c of fear compare to actual inability to do things if that makes sense. lol But so far, so good, I mean considering I'm a week and a day out of a pretty major surgery.

That's great! I've been walking around and am sitting in a chair now. I was able to sleep in my bed with tons of pillows. My left boob is towards the side because I guess I'm leaning to that side when I sleep, lol. I feel like I bench pressed my husband at the gym !

That's awesome! Yeah my right boob is like in my chest still, I'm not really sure why, it's more swollen on the side from the lipo I think and just hasn't dropped at all. My left has dropped down somewhat and the swelling is supposing. I look like I have one huge boob and nothing on the right side haha!
