While Dr. Rubinstein is knowledgeable and courteous his office staff is not. They make you feel inferior, it appears they are judging you and talking about you behind your back. There is never the same person at the front desk and you can never get the same person on the phone twice. The office has bells and whistles but is lacking professionalism. Unless you need ENT surgery, or your nose repaired you would be better off using a great Aesthetician or another plastic surgery office.
