33 Years Old with a Bulging Upper Abdominal - Newark, DE

I trusted Dr Saunders and being as though I never had any surgeries done and I was a newby I thought my tummy tuck that I got on March 6, 2015 was perfect until I noticed I was square shape. A year later February 5, 2016 I went back to have Lipo with the fat put in my buttocks. I asked Dr Saunders assistant Stacy if he'd done any lipo with BBL before and she showed me one photo (red Flag) but I still paid up and confirmed my upcoming surgery for another $5400. Post surgery My butt was not as big as I would have wanted it to be so I expressed my thoughts regarding my butt to Dr Saunders after my 2 week post surgery visit. I told him that my butt only looked good wearing the compression garmet. He said he only was able to get 600cc from my body. Again I trusted him. A month later I was getting ready for my Jamaica vacation and noticed my upper body was like the HULK as I was trying on swim wear, my bottom area was square and small. I then proceeded to make a appointment to see Dr Saunders to share my concerns. I couldn't get in to see him until May 9, 2016 and he told me that he couldn't see what I was complaining about. He even called in his Nurse assistant and she began to go along with what he was saying. I then stormed out of the office after I seen that I was getting no where with complaining and that 1 paid over 11k for a Tummy tuck and Lipo within a year and was still fat. I drove all the way from deleware to New Jersey in tears hoping that Dr Saunders would call me back to atleast try to compromise with me unfortunately that didn't happen now I feel so bad about my body because I told friends and family that I was getting surgery done and I know they won't be able to see any results. So instead I hide or I hold my stomach in. I take photos on a Angel so they can see my curves that I don't have, because he made me very square he doesn't have body sculpturing skills. But over all he is a nice man I felt very comfortable with him that's why I went back after the tummy tuck. My feelings are really hurt because 11k is a lot of money and he didn't even offer a revision instead he tried to make me feel crazy!
