How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Oops...forgot to add my "before" pic
I'm finally able to upload my "before" picture. It was taken by my surgeon during my initial consultation. After a 100+ lb. weight loss, I was left with a destroyed abdomen and even though I'd eventually like to get lipo done on my back and perhaps a breast lift, I am extremely happy that I now have a flat tummy.
2 Weeks Post-Op...Drains Out!
First things first, the wait times at Dr. Saunders' office are ridiculous. There's been a minimum wait time of 45 minutes during each of my visits. At tonight's 7 PM appointment, I was not seen until 7:54 PM. When you're already experiencing post-op discomfort, sitting in a crowded waiting room does not exactly put a smile on your face.
In any event, I'm happy to report that my 3 drains were removed without incident. I'll admit, I was so scared to have them removed because I had no idea what it would feel like. Dr. Saunders was very nice about allowing me to have a slight panic attack before pulling the drains. He calmly talked me through it as he began a 1-2-3 countdown--what a weird feeling feeling the tubing snaking its way through my abdomen. I am so happy they're gone...no more trying to creatively hide them under my clothes and, speaking of clothes, I can finally stop wearing jogging suits. I was starting to feel like a mobster extra from The Sopranos. :)
