Dr. Saunders was very distracted. He did not take pre-surgery photos, nor did he listen to what I wanted. My nose is MUCH worse than it was. My septum went from being slightly off centered to a dramatic "S", blocking both of my nostrils. Now I can't breathe out of my nose at all. My septum is completely visible from my right nostril. He offered to re-do the surgery, but I refuse to see him again. If you must see him, make sure that he takes pre- and post-surgery photos and that he repeats back to you exactly what you want. When I asked for an op-report after the surgery, his staff was very rude.
