I wanted to achieve big, fake looking boobs. After looking at countless photos and reviewing w my surgeon, we chose 650cc ultra high profile. I was really anxious this was too big and ultra highs would be too pointy. My surgeon told me going under 500cc on a woman of my height is a waste (thank God he told me that, truly). I would have been disappointed if I went smaller.
My surgery was eight days ago and I am so happy w the results so far! Everything looks perfect. If you can't decide between two sizes, go bigger!
Also just want to note that my recovery was harder and longer than I was expecting. I went under the muscle and knew that'd be longer recovery time but honestly felt like death for the first five days. I could barely draw a full breath/move my arms/do anything. I was seriously bloated and constipated as well - my stomach looked five months pregnant. I stopped taking the narcotics on the sixth day and went back to work (office job). Now the bloating is almost gone. The pain was unreal but it was totally worth it. My boobs look amazing. Thanks Dr. Saunders!

Congratulations on your surgery! Thank you for sharing your honest recovery details. So many women want to know how quickly they can return to work. It seems to be a case by case basis but a week off from work is nice. How did your coworkers respond to your new look? How are you feeling now?
