Side view at one week post op
Just adding side view photos from one week post op. To be honest, my projection is not huge, so my breasts aren't "noticeable" under modest clothes, I am able to keep an athletic profile though. Surprisingly, with my smallish projection, I do not experience boob greed like I thought I would. I definitely think for me, anything bigger would make me feel self conscious as I have spent my entire life having very small breasts. This size feels very large to me, but I am pleasantly surprised at how I have acclimated so quickly! Love them, wouldn't want to be bigger or smaller!!

One week post op!!
One week post op!
I am able to get about easily now. I no longer take any ibuprofen, and haven't for a few days. I still need to ice at the end of the day to help with swelling, which is now minimal. There is a noticeable difference between my breasts. The left breast is firmer and more swollen and has pressure sensations. The left breast also took longer to drop and is the larger of the two implants.(250rt, and 275lft.). I am afraid there might be a small hematoma behind the left implant, however there is no bruising. I will monitor for increased swellinng and any bruising, if there are a worsening of symptoms I'll call the office. Other than that, I'm surprised by how quickly I dropped and fluffed and by how full I look! Very pleased!

Omg! They look so good. I was scared of a hematoma too but pain is very common in 1 side and a hematoma is incredibly rare so I'd say you're probably fine!! Especially if there is no bruising because apparently hematoma bruises are always huge.

Yes!!! I think when our frames are so small 250 can make quite a difference! To be honest, my asymmetry prior to surgery was hardly anything at all, so I'd probably still look so close to this if I had done both 250.

Doing great still! Only have needed to take Ibuprofen and am iceing constantly, it really helps. Also I take gentle walks around the house every hour to get the fluid moving some. I love my results! As you can see I am a bit high but feel as though I'm already dropping due to the skin laxity from breastfeeding. Im also a bit swollen. So at piece with my sizing btw!!!!!
