I actually think your breasts look great!! And they have fluffed out since your explant for sure. My surgeon I think did the envelope thing when he did my capsule repair and mesh surgery in June .. Right now my breasts are uneven but it could just be due to the capsule ... I hope my breasts aren't crazy uneven after explant today... Before any BA they were darn near perfectly symmetrical :(
she looks amazing, right?? Just had ultrasound pic of my breasts done, the doc asked me a difficult question, and I got anxious again. Now I'm optimistic again.
Sending thoughts and prayers your way, Okie!!
You look wonderful ! I wish I had the same breasts !
Thank you for positive feedback it definitely helps me when I'm feeling a bit down. I really appreciate your kind words
did you have capsule removal too??? or you have left them in????
No I didn't I think will check on Friday at my checkup. He said it would depend on how thick they were as to if he removed them. Mine implants were soft with no capsular contraction so I'm pretty certain they weren't removed.
Mine are staying in- no cc, rapture- too.
I don't know what I can expect. Your result is amazing though. Your husband will be thrilled!
You look awesome and I know your breasts will continue to remodel over time. You are so lucky that you have a great body after your explant. You don't have any stretch marks or scarring that I can see. Your breasts are the perfect shape naturally and you are lucky that they are already perfect without implants. I am sure you are going to feel a lot better as time goes on. Has your husband seen them yet?
Thank you for your lovely kind words I'm really grateful for this site and the support from everyone. It's such an emotional journey and I like everyone else I suppose wish id learnt To love the body I was born with and not put myself through 4 surgeries to end up back where I started. I think my husband will be fine he hasn't seen them yet but I just hope he loves how happy I am and that my confidence will make me more attractive. Sounds so weird but I'm love how much better I feel and I've been looking forward to the day I could lie on my tummy (I couldn't for nearly 10 years as I was uncomfortable) ... Heck I think im just goin to roll down a hill like a kid just because I can :-)
Whoa; I think your natural breasts look fantastic. I can only hope mine will look half as good as yours. And they'll get even better & better over the year. You really do look lovely!

hey, IMPORTANT! Im sorry I am using this tone. I'm explanting on Sept 28th. Your posts aren't very black and white . Are you happy about the result??? Im going to look up this envelope reduction thing.
Personally I think you look really great! Have you breastfed or had kids??? Did you have implants since 2003??
Hi there, sorry yes I totally agree i have days where I hate them but days where I think I'm good but yes overall I'm happy I feel so much better no more neck pain or uncomfortable feeling just trying to sleep. I've had 1 child but only breastfed for 1 month as my supply was very low (at the time I blamed the implants) but yes since 2003. I wish they looked fuller up top but other than that I shouldn't complain I'm just so pleased to be feeling way better and my only fear is my husbands reaction but I'm sure he'll be fine. Was definitely worth it!
You look fantastic! Im going to have stitches - this creepy pseudosynmastia. I pray my skin will retract after explanting. 9 years, 335 G may have taken a Toll on my A cups. Im going to find it out!
Wow. I'm a little jealous. You look so good.
Thank you I'm so grateful for your positive feedback
You look great!!

Just over 3 weeks post explant and feel great

So 3 weeks yesterday I had my explant and I'm feeling almost 100% even managed to vacuum the house today which is a major milestone for me (my 5 yr old son is allergic to dust and I freak out and normally do it every day so this has been so frustrating for me, my husband has done it but hardly :-) anyway so my body feels great but I'm not looking that wonderful yet, still waiting for the fluff fairy to come but I'm sure if I keep a positive attitude the way I feel will overcome any issues I have with my body. They say confidence is the sexiest feature in a woman so let's hope I can convey that to my husband. Prior to implants I wasn't different sizes but I definitely am now, is that normal could it still be swelling? My surgeon did something weird that I never heard of before nor read about, it was called a breast envelope reduction to reduce saggy skin and it almost was a tuck underneath in the crease, but the uneven boob thing feels like he's tucked one side more. It looks more obvious in the photos. He also said not to buy a bra for 6 months as I won't know my true size until then??? Anyway quite a few photos probably too many the same. You can see there's not much above nipple at all and very flat in upper pole, praying that fluffs a little. My husband won't come near me as he's scared of hurting me but I've yet to show him them, he will have a hard time adjusting but loves me lots so if I feel positive and upbeat about my chest then hopefully it rubs off on him. All the best to everyone else going through this, it's so worth it and I'm happy to offer support to anyone who needs it. Take care ladies will update again in a week xx

immmm you look amazing.....I would die to have your chest! You definitely could have some swelling or a bit of fluid....but I thing they look totally symmetric and I think they will continue to look better and better, and I think your husband will think you look better now! Congrats!!!! Your beautiful xo
Thank you so so much you are really kind, I really appreciate your positive feedback. I just need to give it time he said it's 6 months before everything will settle down. I definitely couldn't have done this without This forum it's been wonderful having support from you lovely ladies who understand everything I'm going through! Big hugs xx
Hang in there, theres lots of emotions after explant but you have seriously the best result I've seen!!! Don't be afraid to show your hubby.......you look way better now than with those implants for sure........sending you healing thoughts:)
