15 weeks post op - nearly 4 months
Sorry haven't updated in awhile, was busy finishing my degree and going on holiday. So nearly 4 months down the line, i love them!!
They have definately dropped since the 4 week mark when my surgeon took 'after' photos.
They still have a slightly numbish feeling in the underboob region and they can get tender in that area. It can be uncomfortable sleeping on my stomach as they feel like they get in the way so much! As you can see in 1 of the photos I am starting to get stretch marks around my nipples unfortunately :( I guess my fault as I didnt routinely massage with lotions and oils.
I got a bra sizing and i am either a 10E or 12DD depending on the brand. Big surprise seeing as when i started the boobie journey i was aiming for big C small D, but implants do sit differently in bras.
Also getting cleavage wrinkles from sleeping on my side and tummy, I hate them so much and moisturise but they dont go away.
Other than that loving the additions, still getting used to people looking more :)

1 month update!
Technically writing this I am 4.5 weeks post op and feeling great! Loving the size I chose, no regrets there. I'm not sure if I have mentioned this before but I have a dent in my left sided cleavage which has been there since the op. It bugs me a bit but I am hoping it will resolve over time. My surgeon says if it is still there after a year and is really bothering me he can take fat from somewhere else to fill the dent.
Anyways as you will see in my front on before and after photos, righty is definately higher than lefty, which i'm not worried about as I know it takes at least 3-4 months to settle. I will attach a photo of my scars which i have named beauty and the beast lol. Right scar is so neat and in the crease, left scar is slightly above the crease and looks more beaten up.
Otherwise I am super happy! I probably won't go get sized for a bra for another few weeks to let them drop and settle.

I completely forgot to post this, my implants are under the muscle (dual plane) not over. I was going to go over when i had chosen 270cc early on then when I went to see my surgeon 1 month pre op and said I wanted the 330cc he said it would be best to go under the muscle with the bigger size.
A few days into my recovery I regretted this choice due to the pain, but now i'm through it i am glad i went with unders and didn't go any smaller.
