Botch Job

My first visit to Dr Eviatar was in December 2017. I had my undereyes filled and my face sculpted with fillers. I was very happy with the results. I went back to see Dr Eviatar September 5th a little before my cousin's wedding on the 23rd. This time I had the same thing done plus I had requested for him to make my lips look fuller. Immediately after he did the fillers I noticed that the left bottom lip was much fuller than the right bottom lip and that I had a hard bump under my right eye. I brought it to Dr Eviatar attention and he just brushed it off stating that it was just the anesthetic he injected and that once it wears off everything will look symmetrical and that after a day or two the bump will resolve. After two days the lips looked uneven and ridiculous. The hard bump and swelling under my eye was still there with no improvement. I sent a picture via email of my face on Friday via email as requested by his staff. I insisted on seeing Dr Eviatar as soon as possible so that he can assess and fix my lips and undereye. I made an appointment to go back on September 12th.

The day before my visit I received a call from his staff saying that I should take Medrol (steroid) for two days and then come in for a visit. I am a nurse myself and have an idea about when steroid use is prompted, this did not seem like the appropriate situation. However, Dr. Eviatar kept insisting it is the swelling which made my face asymmetrical, so I took the medications as prescribed. The medications did nothing, which just went on to show that Dr. Eviatar injected my face poorly and asymmetrically.

When I went back on the 12th Dr Eviatar first began by telling me that my face looks fine and he sees nothing wrong with it. I pointed out how on my lower lip, the left side is uneven and you can even feel the filler, and how the lip is uneven because the right side has no filler. He then stated that if I didn’t point it out that he wouldn’t have seen it. He’s supposed to be the professional here! Instead of admitting that he did not do the filler appropriately, he went on to give me a silique about how none of our faces are symmetrical and how it isn’t his work but my crooked lips. He then injected the left side of the mouth and under the right eye with a dissolving agent. I waited around for about 30 min and the bump under the eye and the crooked lips were still there. Dr Eviatar stated that everything looked perfect and that it just needs more time to get the results.

After 48 hours there was minor improvement. I made another appointment for the 14th. During that visit Dr Eviatar in summary told me that it was my face not his work that was the issue. I again pointed out that that I did not come in with crooked lips. He stated that if I wanted perfect I should go to someone else because he is sure that perfect doesn’t exist. He proceeded to tell me that my lips are naturally crooked and that it can use more filler on the right side but he would leave it alone because if I didn’t mention the asymmetry that he would not have noticed it. He told me that no one will notice but if I wanted him to inject filler on the right side to try and balance it out, that I would have to be charged for it .

I was shocked that he wanted to charge me to fix the error that he made! Dr. Eviatar wasn’t even apologetic or sympathetic that I had a big event coming up. He instead was pushing for me to pay for more fillers on me rather than fixing his sloppy work. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by letting me be his customer. Dr. Evaitar spoke in such a belittling and condescending manner as if it was somehow my fault that his work was messed up.

I chose a plastic surgeon because their meticulous attention to detail. Dr Eviatar conveniently ignored the imperfections he caused and then wanted me to paid for fixing them. Under no circumstance would I ever step foot into this office again. If you are considering getting any work done, I urge to find yourself another physician!
