After going for an initial consultation for a Brazilian Butt lift I asked the doctor about getting Botox. I scheduled an appointment for a Botox as I wanted to experience the doctor and figured this would be a good start. Well , after waiting a week for an appointment for my procedure I received a call the same morning from the doctor's office with a cancellation , exactly 1/2 hour before . I was already in the midtown area.Their excuse was the Botox did not arrive . How is it that a patient makes an appointment a week in advance and is called to be informed they don't have what is needed. This was a turn off , and the lack of consideration from Luisa was disappointing . Looking for a better option.

They have never cancelled an app with me and I've had many ! Including Botox, they use the best Botox on the market and do an amazing job, in regards to the staff I have never had an issue and also if they said the Botox had not arrived half an hour before there must of been a long time of them trying to contact you much prior before hand. Personally we use email to go back and forth and of the old fashioned cell phone, I have personally never ever had an isssue with any thing you have raised and I find this review and comment completely out of character and practice for the clinic, as I said there must of been a lack of communication here in not calling you a liar I'm just saying it's not like them at all. If any body reads the above comment and review it just doesn't sound like dr Pakeman and he's staff at all thank you
