I am a 72 year old man and I went to see Dr. Shafer as I did not want surgery but wanted to understand any other options I might have. He was great, he explained to me that we can achieve a natural more youthful look without the need for surgery. My biggest concern was that I wanted to still look like myself but take years off my face. He injected me with Botox, Voluma and Juvederm.
I was also concerned about pain but he explained to me that the products contained a numbing medication and he also used a topical on me. The pain was so minimal. I can't thank Dr. Shafer enough. My face looks at least 10 years younger and I completely look like myself. His bedside manner was fantastic and he was incredibly knowledgable. I had no bruising and was able to go out that night. Everyone is saying how great I look and I feel so much more confident. I would recommend him to everyone.
