Vanquish Laser Treatment Was Totally Worth It - New York, NY

I went to Dr. Ellen Marmur's office to have the Vanquish procedure over a series of six treatments from November through December 21st of 2015. The office was very polite and very helpful, and I adore Dr. Marmur and her attention to her patients. I've had a stubborn cap of body fat that has lived over my belly button for at least a decade, and it won't budge regardless of diet or exercise. The Vanquish machine was applied over the area for three burst of 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes per session. It is completely painless; it feels like a warm sauna over the area. I fell asleep many times during the treatment. You're requested to drink a lot of water, which I did in addition to continuing a regular diet and exercise program. I'm happy to say that the fat pad did diminish considerably after I received the treatment, and it's continued to diminish over time. I'd like to go back and possibly combine the treatment with ultrasound to eradicate the final bits once and for all, but VANQUISH was absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for spot reduction of stubborn body fat.
