Just an update.
I'm feeling really good. My incision seems to have healed well and I'm still using the silicone gel. I haven't started exercising yet and I've been eating normally.

Still healing
So my belly button still looks crazy and I don't believe it's going to look better. I'm truly concerned. So I'm going to try and figure out what my next steps will be. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you discussed with your PS? My belly button was healing slower than the rest of my incisions, but every time I've seen my PS ( which has been 4 or 5 times since surgery, he cuts away some of the dead skin around the BB. It bleeds a little, but this supposedly facilitates healing. It's still not completely healed, but looking better. I also shower daily, clean with a bit of peroxide, and put a small nonstick gauze with a spec of bacitracin
Yes I spoke to my PS and she said I have to give it time. It looks a little better. I've been back 3 times. So I'll wait.
