Swelling still :(

Is this normal to still be swelling like this I will be 4 months post op next week? Is there anything I am do to help with the swelling?

I wonder that as well. I think the swelling ca continue for up to a year but may be wrong. Mine seems to be swollen sometimes and I'm almost 8 mos po. It's the oddest feeling being numb. The numbness also makes it feel swollen. You look great. I can't wait to have my revision and pray I look as good.
I am 5 months post and still occasional swelling. Especially if I am very active or eat certain foods (high in sodium). Dr. says I could be experiencing this and numbness for a entire year. You look great. Happy healing !

Officially 3 months after surgery

I had my three month check up with the doctor today and all went well. I can officially divorce my compression garment and I have been cleared to exercise and continue life normally :)

He wants me to follow up with him in 3 months just to see how the scar is doing. He said if by then I'm uncomfortable with the scar I can do fraxel laser treatments. Honestly my scar does not bother me. I wold like to continue my scar treatment any advise on what to use? I was using the bioCorneum since April and I just finished it. The doctor said I didn't have to continue it which was good because it was expensive. I still wold like to put something g on the scar though any advice would be great.

So lucky. You look great. What about scar strips or gel? I was told by ps office at this point nothing will change the scars. Who knows but I stopped and the breast scar is lighter. Still hideous but getting lighter.

I think our scar is perfect. It will fade in time.

Update

So into he PS and they said I can take my garment off when I go to sleep. I put it back on during the day. Noting else has changed I still swell at night which is annoying but is paid thehealing process.
