WORTH IT$8,000
so for years I wanted this surgery and keep everyone day I just got on the Internet and I said I'm doing this. The first doctor I found was Dr. Lefkovits. I didn't shop around like other people suggested I was impressed with his background enough to known this is the man who will be operating on me. He is a bit conservative yes I will admit but the man is a genius. I'm 3 days out of surgery and I've been peaking at my belly and I can tell you im already excited!!! I'm up and walking around and I can walk straight up I'm not hunched over and my stomach is definitely flat!!! will return to him for some lipo on my thighs and maybe my back rolls. I'm still terrified of anesthesia even though everything went extremely well. before I got the surgery I read all the negative comments about him but my heart said this is the man that will change your life and I'm happy I followed my heart. Extremely supportive staff and a nice welcoming environment. I recommend this man for all your cosmetic quests. especially because I now have a perfect figure 8 shape

Omg your story sounds so similar to mine! My daughter is 3 and since havingher I decided I wanted this tt. I had a consultation 2 years ago and was not happy. I decided a few months ago get on the internet and do this. I heard of a really great doctor an hour away and decided im going to do this. His results look amazing and after a consultaion I know hes the surgeon for me. I have my pre op this Friday and surgery scheduled 4/7. I am super nervous and excited. Do you have any suggestions ortips for me? Your results n pictures are amazing and honestly want to show my surgeon this Friday during my pre op that this figure 8 look is how I invasion my results. Wish me luck!!!

omg I'm soooo happy for you first off let me say that. secondly you are about to seriously change your life I hope your ready lol!!! before I give any tips let me say that everyone is different and results will vary!!! this is what I did before the surgery. 1 week before I started on only liquids as I read that people have a lot of constipation because of the meds. liquids meaning anything I can drink I didn't starve myself. drink plenty of water!!!! I was downing about a half a gallon a day I think that really helped with reducing my swelling and my recovery. make sure u have packaged snacks and fruits high in fiber at your bedside. I don't know about you but I didn't have much of an appetite so I just ate alot of yogurt with flax seeds. I had to pee alot and I prepared for the absolute worst by buying some depends adult diapers (not necessary) but if u make a little mistake because u cant move to fast they come in handy or u can just use pads. WALK!!! I think that's the best thing I did that contributed to my speedy recovery. I forced myself out of bed and I walked short distances around the house and by the 3rd day I was able to walk to the store standing straight. take your time though as you may find yourself a little winded at times. By some Tylenol extra strength as I found them good enough and didn't have to take the oxycodone past the first day. if you don't have any get 2 extra pillows: 1 for between your legs and one to go under your back/ side depending on how you sleep. that garment thing can be a real pain and the pillows make it better. I got some adult wash clothes since u can't bathe for about a week justo to freshen up daily (they are like wipes for adults you can find them in the incontinence section of a pharmacy) I don't know what else to tell you these are the things i did including the instructions I was given, hope it helps a little...if you have any specific questions you wanna ask feel free. I wish you nothing but luck and I hope the surgery results exceeds your expectations!!! Keep in touch and let me know how it went for you!!!!

oh and actually try to cough everyday after...its gonna hurt at first so don't force it, but it really helps with the pain your gonna feel when u contract your abdomen to sneeze blow your nose or laugh. I can give a full hearty laugh and not be in any pain

I have a few areas of concern but I'm only a week out so I can't say I'm completely dissatisfied. only thing I can tell you is to avoid looking at it in the first weeks...if your like me you will be searching for flaws...but if I had to recommend Dr. Lefkovits I most definitely stand behind my statement when I say he's a great surgeon so to answer your question...I'll have to wait until after my second post op visit lol let you know Monday
