Dr Novick was incredibly honest, caring, and kind. He did not try to persuade me into getting anything done that was unessicary. (Which ive expierienced in consultations before, so I'm happy I waited.) He sat down with me for 20 minutes before we proceeded to make sure I was comfortable, and that we were on the same page with the procedure. It didn't hurt at all and even a couple of hours later I already see the result with minimal swelling, and I couldn't be happier.
