Update for nonsurgical necklift

$1,700
Hi, sorry it took so long to update. I did go in for the second procedure, and ended up spending around $3k. At the 1 month mark I think the results looked pretty good, compared to the before. But now I think it looks worse. As you can see in my 6 month photo, the filler seems to have migrated down to a double chin, and the neck skin looks like an accordion. I'm looking at other options at this time.

Sounds like you need a face lift and perhaps not to keep spending thousands of dollars on injections that don"t seem to work
I agree with you bennielo!
I'm sorry you have to go through this. The doctor should refund your money so that you can go elsewhere to get the result you wanted from the beginning. I would not have him do additional work as I don't have confidence in this doctor. In the right hands, you will look wonderful. Good luck to you and thank you for posting!
Sue this guy!!! Kybella is a total sham why are drs still selling this crap?
Because it makes money for them.
She didn’t have Kybella. She had a procedure that uses dermal fillers (don’t ask me how!) called 57, F, 3D Vectoring Nonsurgical Neck Lift.
— I actually liked Kybella. Unfortunately, it didn’t last very long as far as I was concerned. Probably because my double chin insists on doing things her own way. And that way is to produce as many new fat cells as my neck can possibly generate in order to maintain a double chin.
I have a similar problem & tried a few nonsurgical procedures, but a PS was honest with me & said that what I really needed was a neck lift. So, I have scheduled one for March 20th. It's a big step but probably the only way you will get the lasting results that you want. Good luck to you!
You absolutely look worse, I would be so pissed! I feel so bad for you.

I've lost 20 lbs and as an added bonus got some saggy skin in the neck. It's not terrible but I felt it was holding me back in my career by making me look older. The procedure uses fillers to draw up the neck skin, and shape the jawline. It definitely looks better than before but not completely smooth yet. He kindly offered to have me come in for a followup between the holidays, which is unusually nice, even though I didn't have time. I'll repost after my followup though.

Ooh, that's interesting! What kind of filler and how much was used?

Thanks so much for sharing! Please do update after your follow up (or sooner.)

The fillers I believe were Radiesse and Restylane, and Dysport was used for the "Nefertiti" injections. I think judging from what has happened, the Nefertiti neck lift did the most good, while the nonsurgical necklift really did very little to improve things. I don't think I would do the Nefertiti again, since it wore off in 6 months.

I love the Nefertiti name, but what is that, specifically?

Thanks for the extra details!

Waiting to hear about your followup. :-)
I'm sorry to say, but I don't think the outcome was an improvement.
Your before picture did not look bad at all. Unfortunately it looked a lot better before.
I sure hope you received a complete refund.
You before picture looks way better than after. Please confirm you didn't get them mixed-up.
