I had noticed my lower face sagging over the last year but wasn't ready to do anything surgical. I have had different fillers injected to help lift my cheeks back up to where they once were but nothing has really helped my jowls. I was afraid of putting in too much filler and looking freaky but I also didn't want to look older than I was. I was stumped. Then I consulted Dr. Lorenc and he suggested the Silhouette Lift. It only required a local block (the same as I've had with fillers) and took about 30 minutes. Afterward, there was some swelling and a little bruising but overall, it wasn't bad and I looked fine with makeup. The result was a lifted appearance and no more saggy jawline! I love it!!

Did you see results right away? Experience any bruising?
Just read that you did have s little bruising.
Do you have before and after pictures? How much did it cost? Where /who did the procedure.

It does work, believe me. I am placing some pics on my site today an they should be up in 24 hrs.
Okay, I look forward to seeing them because I had this procedure done by a very reputable Chicago plastic surgeon and had ZERO results. Complete waste of $4500.

Still waiting on those pics doc. Anxious to see how you get results since I have yet to see any posted (without smiling) pics that show any improvement from a Silhouette Instalift.
Okay, I apologize. I was looking for pictures on your website and not on the Real Self website. Now I see the pics. Unless I'm mistaken, I just see the one woman and her results. Honestly, I'm not sure if I think she looks better or worse. Regardless, the results are subtle. Very subtle....and hard to distinguish on someone who has already had a previous facelift.
