Need Support, Considering Breast Implant Removal - New York

Hello All, I have not been on in a while because i wanted to let my body heal and enjoy my summer. All is well except yesterday , my left breast started hurting again...it has been about 5 weeks since my surgery and I have a six week follow up appt on Monday. However, my breast feels very tender and is larger then the right again. I feel like I feel some swelling in my collar bone and I am getting these needle like pains around my nipple. Its really strange and I am a little concerned because this is the symptoms that I had before getting my explant....I'm going to discuss this with my doctor of course but wondering if anyone else experienced swelling/discomfort 5 weeks after surgery...I've been pretty much fine until this week? Any suggestions?

I ordered a set of bralettes on Amazon, they were in Junior sizes but I thought I'd try them because reviews stated that they were just fine for women if u are smaller. They came in a pack of 3 for $16.99 so that is about 5.00 a bra, can't beat it. I wanted something that i could just try out, until i settle on a more expensive brand i like.. I thought these were so cute so i tried my luck. I got a large which fit but the band size is a little loose but i can adjust the straps to make it stay up. I've really shrunk up in band size, when i had implants i was a 38 band size, when I explanted the first few days i measured 36 and i measured this morning suprirsed the large was a bit big and measured 34! so after swelling has gone down my band size changed. I"m going to keep them though because they look cute. If someone wants to order them they are called CC Juniors Full Lace Bralette. This is not an expensive bra so the lace on it is a little starchy but not itchy so i can live with it. I think these would be cute to sleep in or to put under a dress or something that you dont want a bulky bra in, the cups are really made for AA-Small B I would think anyone larger would spill out to much. It also has a little pad in the front to hide nipples which i like because my nipples are always popping out when they aren't welcome lol

I am at the 10 day mark this morning and took a photo to try and help a few people who emailed me who are thinking of explanting but afraid of having very little breast tissue. I have always had very little breast tissue the reason i implanted in the first place. but here i am and my explant went better than i'd ever have imagined. I feel so much more confident, ironically, i love how i look in clothing, and i've had compliments on how 'fit" i look! I am an AA I tried on a Wagners soft cup bra, which I liked in a 36 A but the A cup had to much space in it. I decided before spending on an expensive bra I am going to order some bras on amazon and see how i do. I did experiment with bras and the funny thing is, the one that fit me the best was a junior size but it was still cute...i might go back to the store and pick up a new sports bra, i've been wearing one and now that i have healed more i think i can try to go for a few more :) Thank you all for your tremendous support and i really hope i can help someone. My only little issue is my breasts are still a bit tender, sore like a sore muscle after excersising, but this to shall pass!
