side profile 21 days posts. still have swelling, going to have swelling for mos. but im loving it !! I notice, I swell different times a little more depending . when I wake up , swollen a bit then I ice, goes down nice. and then throughout the day swelling fluctuates .

Wow. is all I can say... all these years with that other nose...lmaoooo yup old neewwws
The recovery has been pretty great to say the least, I ice everyday 2 or 3 times a day, clean it out with my saline, and put a little ointment in there lightly. Just to look at the difference in the width , compared to now makes me want to dance . I know it sounds cray cray but , Ive had that wide a** nose for so long. And I must say IVE got to say my chin aug , is the bomb.com as well . The difference is gives on the profile. and the jaw line is AMAZING. who knew something so small is a chin implant would make such a significant difference, glad I listened to his suggestion. I'm in love with my chin now..lol Only thing is the chin ,takes time to healing on the inside (not visible) but you feel lil pringly feelings some time from the nerves healing in the chin. I noticed that having a recessed chin causes a person to look older.. smhhh unbelievable . but Thank GOD better later than never

Right side - profile view /Chin (Slope heaven ) ahhhhh..
First time ive ever felt , good about an up - and looking at my profile. wow. I still have sooooooo much , healing and swelling to get rid of but I am pleased even now so. Only. if you have never liked your nose from day one would you understand this. it still surreal. looking forward to watching as it transforms and softens up. I think the thing to remember is that, perfection is not the reason why your doing this , its too enhance your nose to its best ability possible. I literally told my surgeon to Picasso my nose....:Literally. He laughed and then he did it..lolol

I have the same outlook as you, perfection is not what I am looking for, only an improvement on what I had! Today was the first day that I looked into the mirror and really really liked my new nose. At first I thought "I have a pig nose! :("
Now it is settling down and looking so cute!
I am so glad your settling into the new you :) Its a process. I thin its important to be mentally prepared for this as there is a change. Which is the reason were doing it..lol But, yes improvement and enhancement.The tip drops a little so don't worry. i actually like the lift , hope it doesn't drop too much . Hopefully he over rotated this bad boy...looolol Nice to hear from you doll. Gonna check your updates....

I love this dang slope.. Wanted it but didnt want to over bombard the doc with all these request at the last minute. but I wanted a slope so bad..woke up and saw a slope .I neeeded my nose to be feminized for sure.. because it was a snout indeed. How are you doing with swelling? Keep icing, and I also put a little arnica gel on my nose with a q tip , I find this brings down swelling as well. :)

Thank you chica... :) I still cant believe i did it. Still surreal. How are you feeling about the surgery coming up for you? Besides anxious of course lol Are you 100% comfortable with the surgeon yet?

I went with dr. Weistriech . He's also an ENT . I had a deviated septum as well. &thank you. Still early. but, its a great start ..
Hey I hope your doing well! I need to start using arnica gel like you recommended ! I'm being careful still to not bump my cute new nose haha just taking things slow :-)
Hey doll. Yes healing nicely , glad you are too . The arnica gel helps with swelling def. I had my list post op yesterday and the doctor was pleased with healing . Are you happy with your results so far? I'm looking forward to each week because of the changes daily . It's a process but I'm so happy I did it
