Rhinoplasty: Cosmetic and Medical (Deviated Septum) - New York, NY

I am not the type of person who writes reviews but my experience with Dr. Zimm and his wonderful team deserves to be shared. For starters, this is my third week post-rhinoplasty and I could not be any more delighted with my results. I had thought about rhinoplasty when I was a young adult but never had the courage to proceed with this surgery given that I was so worried about making a change on my face that could potentially have a negative outcome. As a result, I gave up on the idea of having nose surgery. However, my sister decided to correct her nose last summer and after much research, she chose Dr. Zimm due to his ENT/Plastic Surgery expertise. My sister's results were so superb that I decided I should not be afraid anymore. Because I was a part of my sister's process, I knew what to expect from Dr. Zimm- he is very attuned to facial alignment and how to properly balance facial features, he is conservative about making any drastic changes because his philosophy is along the lines of: one should not look like they have had plastic surgery, and he is extremely patient and available to answer any and every question. Dr. Zimm and his staff never pressured me to consider nose surgery when my sister was in the process of doing hers. Instead, I booked a consultation nearly 3 months after my sister's procedure and knew immediately that Dr. Zimm would be the only doctor I would trust with any facial procedure. Dr. Zimm and the office manager Jennifer P. accommodated all of my needs: from choosing the surgery date far out in the year, to making a payment plan where I could pay in weekly/monthly installments leading up to my surgery. In the past year, I called Dr. Zimm's office a multitude of times, and Jennifer was extremely kind and generous in helping me to problem-solve. In retrospect, this is the first time in my life that I have had a surgery where I was not nervous because I really knew what to expect and because I trusted Dr. Zimm (and had spent a considerable amount of time with him discussing the ins and out of my surgery). Something worth noting, the night before my surgery my sister texted me positive words of encouragement and one of the things she said was not to be worried because Dr. Zimm has "magic hands." And, three weeks post-surgery I can confidently attest that he does. My nose looks significantly enhanced but the best part of my nose is that it looks really natural. Dr. Zimm was able to enhance my nose while preserving my ethnic nose all at once. I've already thanked Dr. Zimm and Jennifer many times but I cannot imagine getting this procedure done without the treatment I received at this office. When it comes to services, I need to feel comfortable and this office made me feel comfortable every step of the way. So, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
