Another Bad Development - expected with Jacono
Just when I thought it couldn't get worse it did. I guess progressively worse is what happens with Jacono. The ear cartilage he put on the left side of my nose is no longer in place and a result, I have a dent on the left side of my nose at the tip. Of course at the tip, Just like the lump of cartilage he left front and center at the tip, it is noticeable.
Of course nothing is worse than the fact that he shortened my nose drastically without even a discussion about the length. Also the s-lift after the swelling went down all of the irregularities and asymmetry came through and similar with the brow lift. Please don't consider him for surgery. I urge you to find someone else.

Desperate measures- you tell me
I noticed when you google Jacono 4 1/2 stars -387 reviews come up under his his name under for the link to his website. The link brings you to his website and of course there is no data source. I guess he is rating himself over and over and he thinks his clients are not too smart. I also noticed on another site a teenager gave him a good review for rhinoplasty and when you click on her profile there is a restaurant review which sounds like it was written by an adult. I also noticed 3 negative reviews were taken down from this site. I'm not sure why. Meanwhile he has a steady stream of one or two posts per month some with little detail, no pictures, they sign up on this site the day they post and then never post again. Desperate measures. Meanwhile he has ruined my face and I am not alone.
