I posted about this before.. but can't seem to find my original thread...
A couple of months ago I went to go get a tattoo of 2 arrows on my outer wrist. I went to a shop near my apartment and the moment he came back with his first "sketch" I got extremely nervous. I asked for 2 simple very feminine arrows. He came back with 2 tribal looking arrows that were so short and stumpy, which is NOT what I wanted. I showed him multiple photos and told him this is EXACTLY what I wanted. He left to go take another stab at it and was gone for almost an hour. I should've just walked out, but I just felt pressured to stay and just go through with it. I was committed in my mind. BIG, GIANT MISTAKE!! I know this is my fault, that I just should've walked out or went with someone else. I don't know what I was thinking.
He came back with a sketch that I was OK with, but the arrows he drew me were fat and stumpy and I wanted something more long and feminine. He said no problem. Well, it was a HUGE problem. It just isn't what I wanted, but worse than that, they came out crooked and so poorly done.
Anyway, fast forward after weeks of agony, I went ahead with getting picosure laser removal. At first I wanted excision to get them off me ASAP, but I figured I'd give laser a try since the tattoos are just black and relatively small compared to a giant arm piece or a sleeve. I completed treatment 3 and so far, it's been OK. I wish it was more faded by now but it's only treatment 3 so I know I have to be patient.
I'll post photos of my progress, from where I started to now. You can definitely see some fading, but I wish it was more. I'm really looking forward to the day when I don't have to have these on my arm, and in such a visible space.
I wanted to just share since I know a lot of people want as much info and photo evidence of the procedure. I completely understand the need and want to get tattoo removal and it's completely personal. The worst is when people say "it doesn't look that bad" "just try to live with it" or "try covering it up". I feel like if those were options, we wouldn't be looking into very painful and expensive removal options.
Anyway, I'll post again once I have my 4th, and I'll document my journey. Good luck everyone else out there going through this!

I feel for ya and completely understand how the shops pressure ppl to settle for less than desirable tatt drawings.... been there too. Ur tatt is so thin and relatively small that u can def laser the thing off and move on w ur life. And if u dont see good results, switch ur laser provider, theres plenty of them in the area!! Good luck!!! Xo
Thank you!!
