From a young age my chin/neck area had been a huge problem for me. Baby fat rested there, it was the first place I would gain weight and the last place where weight would be lost. Most recently, the extra fat just wasn't going away after a weight drop. I'd try to minimize the problem in my mind, or try to lessen the psychological impact of looking like a bull-frog in an eternal croak. I would even try to stretch my neck in pictures to hide the chin fat, which would result in a grotesque distortion of human form and position, making pictures awkward. I even avoided having pictures of myself taken. When I smiled the bulge was more noticeable. After being treated by Dr. Khan my whole self-image has changed for the better. I no longer worry if other people are looking at my chin fat, or what I'm going to look like when I age and the skin begins to sag. I can take pictures with my friends and cherish memories of good times forever without worrying about the extra fat showing too much in the pictures. I'm much more confident, and have been able to set my goals higher as a result. I don't feel ugly anymore. I can look in the mirror and feel good about what's looking back at me. I didn't really realize the extent to which my chin and neck fat bothered me until it was gone. It's a psychological weight off of my shoulders.
