Heather Rypien was the RN who did my lip procedure. She was so professional and made me feel so at home. I recommend her to anyone considering lip injections. She made me laugh and eased my fear away from getting the procedure done. She did EXACTLY what I asked for. I have never felt more confident and sexy! I had been considering getting this procedure done for years. I went in for a consultation and because of Heather's warm and vibrant personality, I made my decision immediately and was in the office the next day getting my new lips. She took her time, made sure my lips were 100% numb, and answered any questions or concerns I had. Heather used one syringe of Juvaderm on my lips. She knew since this was my first time, I wanted to take it easy the first round. She told me to come back if was not satisfied and made sure I knew to feel comfortable letting her know what I thought. She has checked on me so many times to ask how I'm doing. I have never had a more kind and genuine nurse with such amazing bedside manner. The woman is incredible. Go see her!!! I would never recommend someone if I did not love the outcome of a procedure. It was my first time getting anything done and I will definitely be going back to her. I never had one doubt in the back of my mind while Heather was doing my injections. She has such a steady hand and is so confident with her work (which she should be). The office is incredible. The staff is so welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Pearlman's office. Ask for Heather!
