I wanted to get rid of my brown spots, I saw dr. Perlman in NYC (Park ave.) his assistant Donna recommended me to have Contour TRL laser, paid 3,500 for nothing, after a long down time (red face and eyes) and a painful procedure, this laser did nothing for me. I went back to see dr. Perlman asking for at least 50% back of the money, he told me he does not return money and he offered me a free Halo, (a cheaper laser but for brown spots) which should have been offered in the first time. Unfortunately laser makes your skin thinner, so I was not going to have another laser. I am so disappointed on my result. I would never recommend dr. Steven Perlman or his practice . All they cared was pushing his expensive laser Sciton machine that did not work.
