Like the review below, I also sent an inquiry via RealSelf 4 days ago, but didn't hear back. I then e-mailed them yesterday morning to follow-up but no reply. Hoping that the lack of communication is due to their new office, but feeling a little disappointed as Dr. Sterry looks like he meets the qualifications I'm looking for.
