I've been seeing Dr. Halaas for fillers, Botox and various procedures since 2009. I had quite a few consultations with other NYC doctors, but I'm so glad I chose Dr. Halaas! She did a chin reduction and a brow lift, both of which I am extremely happy with. I wanted subtle changes that would soften my features and I got exactly what I asked for. I have recently had fillers in my cheeks, lips and between my brow (she filled the deep crease between my eyes and now the furrow that made me look so severe is gone) and I am THRILLED with the results! She is performing a rhinoplasty soon and I'm also contemplating having her do something about my slightly sagging neck in the near future. I love the staff there and I always feel like I'm hanging out with my girlfriends when I'm at her office. It's just such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere - not stuffy or pretentious. After repeated successes with Dr. Halaas, I can't imagine having anyone else even do Botox or filler injections. I'm a lifer!

Dr. Halaas has a fantastic bedside manner and is patient, thorough and caring. She always takes her time and makes me look refreshed and youthful without looking unnatural or puffy. She has a unique knack for subtle improvements so I always leave looking like a refreshed younger ME. One of the reasons I chose her for my doctor is that she looks natural and beautiful herself. Some of the other docs I saw looked like they had taken FULL advantage of having access to all those fillers. It's smart advertising for a doctor to keep herself looking vibrant and youthful without overdoing it. She has never once made me feel pressured to have any certain procedure done. She always gives me all of my options and answers all of my questions (and I always have lots of them) so I can decide what's best for me. I've been to other doctors before seeing Dr. Halaas, but none of them made me as comfortable and confident as I am now. I have had only great experiences with her and her staff and I look forward to more.
