Finally Got the Implants I've Been Considering for Many Years - New York

Ive always felt like i was pretty flat back there, several people have commented on how flat my rear end is so i decided to finally do something about it.

I found dr steinbrech at gotham plastic surgery through an add on Grindr, it was difficult getting a consultation time that worked for us both since i work midday hours and have a 2 year old but eventually we were able to come up with a time.

Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful and the prices were very competitive based on the research ive done looking at other places. Even though i wanted a brazilian butt lift i was informed i didnt have enough body fat to really do much of a difference so i just stuck with the implants.

everything went smoothly, im currently one week into healing and its difficult to say how worth it was as it takes time for the results to become fully apparent. I know that sounds counterintuitive since you would imagine that an implant is an implant and it would show immediately, but from the way it was explained the muscle on top of the implant takes time to expand around it and once it does it will look larger. As of now it looks approximately the same size as before (i got a 290cc implant) and my husband says it looks approximately 25% bigger, so time will tell and im sure ill be updating this as i continue to heal.

i have to take 2 vicoden per day as its extremely painful, on top of that the drains in my leg (to remove liquid) are a bit annoying and im constantly afraid theyre going to be yanked out or snagged on something.

in short, im very happy i got them i just wish i couldve gotten bigger ones. I think in time ill go back and get the next size up once im fully healed.

Went in for my one week follow up and finally got the drains removed. Honestly I feel a get 40-50% better just having them taken out. TMI but I also learned hemorrhoids are a normal side effect from this surgery....so its definitely something to expect.

Still not 100% happy with the size but ill still hold off on judgement until its fully healed. The Dr says it will look more defined in time (not sure how that translates to size but well see)

still love the implants, i have zero regrets. all in all they arent as big as i wouldve liked, but i plan to go back and get a larger size in the future, for now they look great and i feel like ive gone from a flat butt to an average sized butt. I can sit comfortably for about an hour now without a pillow. When i sit for extended periods i use a bolster pillow under my thighs or a boppy. I feel like im back to 95%, the only thing that's difficult still is bending over fully while standing but....bending over while standing is completely overrated :)

some people were wondering about how it looks bent over, at the risk of looking like a thot, look it up if youre not sure what that means :) , ill go ahead and post the least pornographic looking ones i have

Theres a bit of a line where my hips are, but im pretty sure thats the hip bones....its not really visible unless i clench or tense up my muscles. the scars where the drains were are completely healed and im just putting scar cream on it.
