I heard there was a procedure that can make your cheeks look like Kim Kardashian Or Megan Fox. So, I asked Dr Pakeman and he told me about the Buccal Fat Pad Removal. I had it done 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love my new look!!!!!!!! I posted some pictures below of before & after! Thank You Dr. Pakeman!

wow, wow, wow !! msbonilla3, you look stunning. I'm thinking of doing this. Dr. Pakeman did my Brazilian a few years ago and I had no idea he also does the face, I tell you he is one heck of a surgeon I love him, I would love to have your results. Theres no lipo here. I just had this exact same surgery with the same Doc thanks to her posting, I thought there was a lipo involved but nop. I asked him and
its just buccal fat removal. Basically they just make one cut inaide each cheek and just remove the fat. After 1 to 3 months your cheeks start to mold to your face, which will look thinner and your jaw will change as well just like hers. This procedure takes about 30 mins !! its so fast and I'm so swollen but exited to see the results in few months! =)
