It’s never Too Late

My name is James and I am a 63 year old physician who recently completed my last post operative office visit following my laparoscopic breast reduction surgery done by a wonderful man, Dr. Elliott Jacobs.
I had been my own worst critic of my appearance for literally 50 years. Every since my teenage years, I disliked summer and the beach and any water sport where I would have to remove my shirt. Despite the fact that my family used to tell me that no one ever noticed , including my father who was a surgeon, God rest his soul, I knew that everyone did and there is no more proof than how I feel now when it’s time to go swimming.
I recently had an unrelated cancer for which I underwent surgery and am doing well, but, the revelation was that regardless of how much time that I have left to me that I wanted to be happy and unashamed.

I have lost close to 50 lbs and now wear a medium or sometimes a large shirt depending on the style which is a far cry from the XL or XXL that I used to wear to try and hide my chest. My posture has changed also, over the decades I learned to walk hunched over forcing my shirts to hang over my chest to hide my breasts and now even my low back and hips hurt less as I strive to straighten my posture and regain the 73 inches in height that was mine to enjoy.

This message is for all you men out there who understand what I am trying to say. If you’re young, in your teens, twenties or thirties, see Dr. Jacobs and do this now, you have my word that it will be life changing. If you’re older like I am, you’ll just have to trust me when I tell you that it is never to late to and your only regret will be like mine that I didn’t do this a long time ago.

Before, I lose your attention, let me say that not so many years ago, this surgery was done with incisions made beneath the breasts which by their very nature left scars, regardless of how well you heal and who the surgeon was. Dr. Jacob’s technique involves tiny stab wound incisions done under your arms which are for all intense and purposes invisible and so in that sense and that sense only, I am glad that I waited until now.

Dr. Jacob’s is a soft spoken, empathetic, kind man who understands what you have been living with and how you feel as does his staff who are truly remarkable. His skill as a surgeon is unparalleled and your results will be both predictable and life changing, so please seen him for a consultation and a better understanding of just how different your life can really be.

Best Of Luck to you All!

James

I don't know what more to say! Dr. Jacobs is a soft spoken, kind, gentle, caring person who in my opinion as a surgeon is unparalleled in both his surgical skills and his bedside manner. He spent as much time with me as I required and more in fact than I expected. Every question that I had was not only answered but anticipated and was answered clearly, concisely and accurately. The pre-op evaluation, the day of surgery and all the post op appointments went smoothly and as advertised. All my expectations were met and after being embarrassed about my gynecomastia for more than 50 years, that apprehension disappeared shortly after I first met Dr. Jacobs and my life has been changed for the better in ways difficult to describe. I am not adequately able to express my gratitude to both Dr. Jacobs and his staff for the life altering experience that they have afforded me. With sincerest Thanks, James W.
