I'm 5'4" / 130 lbs and the Super Mom to a college senior, high schooler and a kindergartener. I protect and serve the public day in and day out. So I was finally ready to do something for ME! I'm officially (6) weeks post op for breast augmentation (areola incision, behind the muscle) and ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT! I had my surgery in mid/late December and started at 34B. My decision to have my breast enhanced was based on them having a natural look and feel after my surgery. I just really wanted my breasts to be FULLER. I wanted that FULL (C) cup. Enough so that it would fill out my bras quite nicely. I also wanted my breast to be as symmetrical as possible. I could see for years that one breast was slightly fuller than the other and I just wanted them to be more balanced in weight and appearance. So, already having in mind my 'MUST HAVES', it really didn't take me very long to decide on a surgery date once I found the BEST doctor for the job! Dr. Guy Watts @ NY Ear & Eye Infirmary in NYC is the Best! Throughout several consultations I continually emphasized to Dr. Watts that I was looking for a fuller, yet natural look. So I opted to go with 275cc (L) and 300cc (R) to balance the shape and fullness of my breasts. I was also extremely concerned about the post scarring. I used Scar Away surgical strips for the healing process. Now I was completely comfortable with my research on breast augmentation, my Awesome doctor, hospital facilities and post op instructions.... I was feeling ever so READY! So under the knife I went only to wake up feeling really good, not too groggy and most importantly.... FULL sensation in both my nipples!!! My post recovery has been a downhill process. It just flowed so smoothly!!! I'm feeling overwhelmingly beautiful, confident and sexy!!!! This was the best 'ME' gift I could have ever given myself!!! So Super Happy!!!

Go girl! They look good!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Feeling Fabulous on the inside and out!!!
You look great!!! Do you know what your post bra size is?
Thank you sooooo much!!! I feel so great too! I feel beautiful, alive and Super Sexy! I feel like this for ME.... not a man but for ME!!! I haven't had my breasts measured for a new bra size as of yet. I'm still trying to take it pretty easy although I feel like my new 'loves' and I are already as one. Post-op my doctor put me in a surgical bra that I really liked. It was a size (Med) made by Marena so I looked on Amazon for another like it. I lucked up with a more stylish and sexier version (Black bra pictured). It's stylish, comfortable and quite affordable!! The Marena surgical bra is a must have for post surgery!!!
Saline or silcone?
I opted for saline. It's really a individualized personal preference when choosing between saline or silicone. I like that my breasts move more naturally with the saline and I personally would have more piece of mind in the event of a rupture although research shows that silicone implants have come a long way in respect to its effects on your body if it ruptures. Again, it goes back to personal preference.
Yea I like idea of a smaller scar too! If you don't mind mind would love to see end results of scars (if any) once you are completely healed.
Saline.... My personal choice
I posted a pic of me at the 8 week marker. That's not even half way thru my healing. I believe 6 months is really the completely healed marker. But they look and feel fabulous!
I assume crime fighter means you're an officer? If so I am curious how that plays out in your job if your back to full duty? I am 30 mom of 3 and am in school to become an officer so I thought before I actually get to work this would be perfect time to get the implants ive always wanted. My husband thinks bullet proof vest will be hindered by the boobs and my working out lol.
Yes that would be me!!! This profession doesn't hinder you from getting implants. I had my surgery on Dec. 20, 2012. I remained out on sick leave for 2-3 weeks then went back to work on limited desk duty for another 3 weeks. I just had a visit with Dr. Watts last week and opted to bring my bulletproof vest with me. I wanted Dr. Watts to see me with it on in case he or I had any concerns. If so they could be addressed on the spot. To my delight, there were no issues. Dr. Watts thought the vest granted me ample coverage, comfortable and the ability to adjust as needed. Not to mention I felt just fine in my body armor. Today is my first day back to work FULL DUTY since my procedure. Be Safe and Always Remember to Wear Your Vest!!!
thank you so much! this was very helpful
They look great. I would love to see the incision.
I just posted a pic of my 8 week healing status. Flawless incision!
