1 Month Post-Op
It's been a month since my surgery and I absolutely love my new boobs. I've had no soreness since the first week and minus the exercise abstinence for this past month, the recovery/healing process has been a dream. I'm excited to get back to the gym this week and back to my routine. I've posted some one month boob pics. I think they're starting to round out and drop a little, but definitely have a way to go. However, they are getting softer each week. Can't wait to see what they look like in a few months...such an exciting journey!
Post-Op Pics: Week 3
Finally got steristrips off and can see the incision site. Can't believe how minimal the scarring is 3 weeks after. Other than that no change in the boobs yet.
Post-Op: 3 Week Follow-Up Appt
Three weeks and felon great. Honestly don't know why I waited so long to do this. Had my 3 week post-op this morning and everything looks great and is on track. The steristrips were taken off and I was given scar creme I rub in 2x a day. The scars are tiny and so much better than I expected. Was also showed another massage to add into my massage routine. The Doctor cleared me to start sleeping on my side again (so excited for this) and okayed swimming. Still need to wear the underwire bra during the day and sports bra at night. And best news of the day...I can start exercising again at the 4 week mark. I can't wait. I feel gross and disgusting on top of the weight gain. That was the only negative to this surgery, the exercise prohibition for a month. But almost over so it's worth it. Next appt is in 10 weeks ???? Will post pics this weekend
