WORTH IT
they are fully healed now and settling into place. they lack symmetry but i'm waiting to see how they change over time. i'm generally pretty happy with the results. i am wearing scar strips in these photos so you may see the wrinkling of them.

4 days post -op explant & BL
4 days post op and i finally took off the bra to sneak a peak; of course they aren't pretty at this point and i still have the drains in though i'm not really bleeding anymore, about 5cc per day in each breast. they actually appear much larger in these photos than it seems to me in the mirror and its hard to tell from the photos but the right breast appears much smaller than the left. that said my first post op appointment isn't until thursday so i haven't even discussed the results with PS yet. no pain at all though and i haven't been taking any meds for the past 2 days, I've been up and about, walking a lot, feeling great. i'll post more updates later.

Wow! Thanks for the update. So glad you aren't in pain...sure looks like you still would be! You appear to have a lot of breast tissue :-) Happy continued healing!

I had 390cc saline implants when i was 23 years old in 1994. I went from a small C to a D and over the years of breast feeding and weight gain they became 34DD. I was happy with them for many years but recently they have become very droopy and then last month one of them ruptured. I had to decide between remove and lift or replace and lift so after much deliberation and soul searching i decided that i would prefer to have natural small breasts. I only had the operation yesterday so i cannot yet see the results but will post follow up photos after my first post op appointment next week. One day post op i have no pain or nausea, i feel 100% great! I still have the drains and they are a little annoying; i'm not bleeding anymore but they want me to leave them in longer to be safe.
