Total Disappointment! - New York, NY

Unfortunately I'm looking to get my breasts redone...

Unfortunately I'm looking to get my breasts redone after Tracy Pfiefer and her team left me terribly disappointed. I started with 34A's and wanted a full C. I referenced wanting to have Scarlet Johannson breasts.
I wanted natural looking breasts with nice cleavage that were not too large. They recommended 170cc low profile silicone implants. I requested under the muscle so they look more natural, and she wanted to make the incision beneath my breast folds. With more information now, I realize how small this is! I'm 5'2, 123lbs, and these look tiny even for a woman who barely had breasts before. I am not a full C, I wear B cups, and when buying a compression bra for recovery her office assistants even had me buy a B cup, which should have been suspicious to me at the time. During consultation with one of her employees I wanted to try on a larger sizer, but she said, "No! You don't want them That big!" and completely deterred me from even looking at larger options. Once I found the size I wanted, she should have suggested I move a size up because of how they heal and settle into the breast pocket - my breasts have shrunk since I first got them! At the very least they should have suggested the next size up based on having tried on the 170's and liked the look of them as sizers!

For recovery, Tracy recommended I massage twice a day for 2 minutes, and showed me proper massaging, but after doing more research I find that I should have massaged way more frequently. I was left with breasts that barely move due to slight capsular contracture (could have been avoided with more massaging), one breast is lower than the other because she created uneven pockets, which has made that nipple also appear too high and unnatural. My incisions were deep and jaggedly cut as well as jaggedly sealed, leaving deep and rough scars. The incisions were either placed improperly, or the breasts simply aren't large enough, so you can see my scars at all times and all angles even with my arms down. At my 2nd check-up, about 6 weeks after surgery, I noted that when I flex my pectoral muscles, the left implant has a huge dimple, which means the implant adhered to the muscle while healing and now I have a huge hole in my left breast every time I flex (during exercise, pushing myself up off something. Completely noticeable through clothing when wearing a thin bra or no bra). They said it was nothing to worry about and rushed me out the door! It's still a problem to this day! It causes me pain, discomfort, and embarrassment.

When I first woke up in the recovery room I was left alone, completely parched, and they didn't let me boyfriend know I was awake and invite him in to help me for at least 20 minutes. I was in tears being left alone and scared.

My breasts are nothing like how I wanted them to look. I feel uncomfortable nude and embarrassed. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Terrible! She should have been embarrassed by how terrible she made my breasts look!
