I'm 22, 5'7, 127 lbs, 34B currently.
I'm not new to this site and I've made clear that there are two things about myself I couldn't actively change so I'll need surgical intervention. For a while I've been unhappy with my nose and my breasts.
I was ready to knock both surgeries at the same time this year but thats not going to be possible so I have to choose only one of the procedures.
Initially I chose rhinoplasty cause I though breast I could do any time and wouldn't require a lot of time of research of doctors cause it's a pretty common procedure so I choose the one I considered that requires more time in research of the right surgeon which is rhinoplasty.
I'm going to make pretty clear that my elected surgeon for rhino was and still is Dr. Steven Pearlman but today something happened I was trying for Lingerie and when I looked in the mirror I didn't like my breast at all. It hit me that I'm a woman and boobs are an essential part of my anatomy and in order to feel good about my body I had to feel good about my breasts. That being said I'm going now for BA instead of rhino.
I do everything I can for my body, I eat well and exercise, take vitamins and the whole thing. This is something I can't do anything about nor overcome so I'm getting and intervention.
I'm contacting Dr. Schumann office tomorrow and setting everything for the procedure. Hopefully I can do it next month.
I want to be 34D.
I still have to decide where do I want the incision? Aureola? Armpit or breast crease?
Implants size? 375 or 450? I'm tall and 127lbs so I wouldn't look heavy with those implants.
Profile? Should I choose moderate plus or high profile?
HELP ME!! I'm open to suggestions. Anything to help me narrow those down.
