I'm also 5'3 and weigh 102 lbs a full A to small B cup. I made rice sizers in 300 cc and thought that's what I was going to go with. I was able to try on sizers at the PS office last week; the 300 cc looked too small .. especially over a shirt. 325 looked awesome in the bra they give you, great in shirts. 350 looked huge with just the bra on; but quite nice with a shirt. The assistant said the 350 was perfect. I'm still deciding between 325 to 350. If the PS tells me 100% that I'm going to lost 25 cc for going under then I will more than likely go with 350 cc. I really just want to make sure that when I'm wearing yoga tops and a bikini that I don't look too big. We are tiny girls who do not naturally have large breasts. I don't mind if people wonder if their fake; I do mind if the KNOW they are. Worse case scenario; I could still wear a push up for nights on the town and I'll know if I go with even 300 cc I'll be a happy camper! Good luck in your journey!

Check out my review! Jenah's are the perfect size in my opinion...she got 300cc silicone but I do not know the placement or profile of her implants. I am taller than you but pretty narrow so I am thinking somewhere around 325cc hp myself. Don't get caught up on the number just show your ps some pcs and see what he suggests:) good luck!

Wow, Jenah is a lot of petite's girl wish boobs! Can't blame it, she does have the perfect size that goes with her amazing body. I am thin also, I actually show my surgeon a picture of her. I know she has 300cc, keep in mind how much breast tissue you are starting out with also. I Google what she looked like new the procedure and she was very close to what I am now so I think I going to go slightly bigger with 350cc since I do not plan to have half of my boobs hanging out 90% of the time in Seattle's rainy weather, I want something that will be noticeable even with clothes covering them.
