Update

Hello ladies
A quick update. My girls have dropped sufficiently and are very soft. I'm able to function normally without any issues. My breast feel natural and normal. I have resumed my level of physical activity, although on my last post op appt with my PS he said to avoid all upper body exercises that include chest muscle for an additional 6 weeks. Well needless to say, I have done exactly that, but yesterday I decided to do 5 minutes of high and low plank and Russian twist with a 5lb medicine ball. BAD IDEA! At the moment I felt great and didn't feel a thing. As the day progressed I felt sharp pains on both breast and the pain intensified through out the night. I took an aleve at 8:30pm and it didn't alliviate the pain, I ended up taking another Aleve at 11:30pm and around 1am I was able to sleep. Still had discomfort, but not as intense. Today they feel sore and I do plan to go to gym again today, however, I plan to take it very easy. A light jog or I might just do cycling not to have the girls jiggle. Btw I wear 2 ulitmate supportive sports bra plus my working out tank top comes with a built in bra. Running hasn't been an issue, it was just using my chest muscle, which I haven't worked out a few weeks before my BA. I must avoid all chest and upper body exercises for another month or so.

Left and right incisions healing nicely. They're smooth and flat, left side flatter than right, but healing is happening naturally and at its own pace. (NO rush on my end). I tried on my bathing suit top from last summer for fun and all I could say is WOW, it definitely didn't look this good or hot last summer. Once again I LOVE MY BREASTS. They're lovely and sexy. Everytime my husband arrives home I flash him..haha, now that is something I NEVER did before. Enjoying every minute of it.

I am extremely pleased with the work Dr. Berman did. I had breast augmentation on January 2016. When I came for my first consultation I knew within minutes that he was my doctor. He answered all of my questions even before I asked him. He's easy to talk too, down to earth, very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. Before my scheduled BA I had more question to ease my anxiety and he gladly saw me a second time and answered all of my questions, not once did I feel rushed by him or as if I was wasting his time. I am so happy with my results up to this point. He gave me the right breast size to complement my height and figure very nicely. He also took into consideration my level of activity. I love to run and workout and didn't want my breast hindering me. Through my healing and recovery process I emailed him a couple of times and he responded to me within the same day. He's an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Berman for changing my life. I finally have the breasts to balance my figure. You ROCK!
