Getting ready for 2nd bbl with Dr. Salama

Hey dolls. It’s been a while since I posted. Well I’m preparing for my second bbl..I am booked with Moises Salama in Miami for June. Dr Delvecchio did a good job for what he had to deal with, but I still have a little indentation where my scars are and my left hip is bigger than my right. So I decided to do a second bbl. the good thing is I have already have been down this road and know how recovery is, so it will be easier for me to deal with it. I’m grateful that I get the opportunity to do this again and hopefully it will be my last one.

Hi dolls. So I am officially one week post op. I figured I would share some pics. I had to use the bathroom and needed to take my faja off. I'm gonna be honest, I am definitely going to get a round 2. I didn't expect a huge booty with all the scar tissue I had underneath, but overall I am still happy.

Honestly you look amazing! I definitely notice you have more of an hourglass shape and even though you want more booty, You are still very swollen. You will definite see more definition as the swelling goes down. The results this early though...I think you look great for what you been through with the removal and that scar on butt cheek. I’m so happy for you! Just don’t sit on that booty for awhile - lol. Love to see your updates! Thank you!

How are you feeling now that it’s been closer to a month since surgery? 2500 cc on each cheek is a lot, has your booty expanded like he said or has it gone down a little ? How do you feel about the lipo he did on you? You already had a smaller upper frame, do you feel like he helped it. And lastly, how long did he say you have to wait for the 2nd round?
Sorry for all the questions, I met with him and I’m just wondering since you already did it with him.

Hi love. It has gone down. The bottom of my butt is full but the top is not, so that is where the second bbl would come in. I think he did a good job with my lipo. I have abs so I’m happy lol he said around March/April. I won’t be going back to him for my 2nd bbl though

Dr. Alvarez is really good. I might also contact Mia but I am currently waiting on feedback and quotes from Dr. Velilla aka Dr. Lipo and Dr. Ghurani. It is taking a long time. Can’t be a good sign.

I was considering Dr. Ghurani, but my BMI is 33 not 32. He only takes a BMI of 32. And Alvarez take a BMI up to 34

I have the opposite dilemma, I am gaining weight in order to have enough fat for reconstruction. I don’t like it and am not used to it.

Was a bbl covered by your insurance? Why didn’t you let Dr. Tanovic do your bbl?

I finally had my first BM today and it was amazing! I rolled a towel at the edge of the seat and used my thighs on it. In less than 5 minutes I went. I'm super happy. I am trying to stop the painkillers and switch to Tylenol, cause they can back you up. For the next couple of days, I will just use the painkillers before I go to sleep because they help me sleep well.
My swelling has gone up and down and I haven't showered yet. I have only used those cleansing wipes. I probably will by Sunday. My first post op appointment with dr d will be Monday. We have already chatted on Snapchat and he told me that he expects that my butt will expand more in 3-4 weeks. ????
