Has anyone stayed at a recovery house?

Hi ladies! My name is Liz. I been wanting to do the BBL for the last two years. My cousin just had hers done in DR and she looks great so it motivated me to finally get it done. So I looked up doctors in NY since I don't have the time to go to DR and I came across Body Cosmetica on E 85th St in NY. I went to a free consultation about two weeks ago, got a good price and got approved for financing. I'm scheduled for this Monday Sept 10, 2012! I'm so excited and super happy that Dr. Hyman was able to fit me in his schedule since its my week off work. I'm a bit nervous about being put to sleep, it's my first surgery, and I'm nervous bc I don't know what kind of pain to expect afterwards. Hopefully it's all worth it!

I'm doing this as a birthday gift to myself, I'll be 25 next month. My rear is not that small but it's not as big as I would like it to be. Dr. Hyman is performing Lypo on my abdomen and flanks. I have had a hard time getting rid of my belly fat. I lost a few pounds a few months ago during a bad breakup but gained it back recently so I'm super excited about getting rid of that fat too! I'm glad I found this website, not everyone can understand how we feel lol. I'll post again after the surgery and will post pics too!

Today's the big day! I'm here at the doctors office waiting my turn. This is the worst part, waiting! I didn't sleep all night, super nervous and excited at the same time. Can't wait to get this over with :)

Hi ladies I had my surgery yesterday! I was so nervous but the staff at Body Cosmetica really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The surgery only took like an hour then I spent a hour knocked out in recovery. To be honest the pain isn't that bad. It feels like bad menstral cramps. To me the worst part Is the nauseous from the medication and the dizziness. I'm still swollen and black and blue but you can see the difference. Can't wait till I'm completely healed!
